Go Barons!

The first home volleyball game of the season was tonight and I went to watch. This is the school's first year in division III NCAA athletics, so it was pretty cool to be there to cheer on the Lady Barons. They were playing Bethany College. I had to ask someone, and he said it's down the river about an hour and a half from here. But later this semester, they will be going to Texas to play UD! That's pretty neat, too.

They didn't win, but they gave us each a cookie. I can barely serve a volleyball, so from my perspective, I thought they were pretty good. And in any case, it was a lot of fun to be there. The soccer teams were sitting together and were cheering so loud! If I can, I'd like to go back for the next game on Friday.

I'm loving college so far. Where else can you get a free picnic dinner, a free concert, a theme party, a free movie, and free sports games all within four days? Life is pretty good. :)
